1. How do I re-register and unlock my game?

To re-register and unlock your game:
  • Run the game
  • Click "Already Paid"
  • Enter your activation code
Your game will connect to our server and unlock.

If you experience any problems with this procedure, see below.
2. My hard drive crashed. How can I get my game back?

You will need to re-download and re-register your game. You do not have to repay to re-register your game.

3. Can I put my game on another computer?

Yes, you can install your games on any computer you own.

In order to get the full version of your game that you have previously purchased working on another computer, please read the following: How do I re-register and unlock my game?
4. I enter the registration key and it doesn't work.

Please be sure that you are trying to register the game that was downloaded and installed from the site from where you purchased it. Only then the registration keys can work properly.
5. I had to re-install the game and my old Unlock Code is not working. What can I do?

The newly installed copy of the game will not accept your original Unlock Code because when you installed the game on a new hard drive, the game automatically created a new Product ID number that requires a new Unlock Code.

You can obtain a new Unlock Code by using our re-register feature.

6. I got a game from you and it doesn't work, what to do ?

First of all you should check if you have the newest video card drivers for your hardware installed. You can check it at the web site of the manufacturer of your card. Then you can check if you have the newest DirectX version installed. And when all that doesn't help please contact with our Partner Games Support
7. What is DirectX and where can I get it ?

DirectX is a set of multimedia drivers for the windows platform. It is best for you to have the newest version available installed. You can always get it for free at http://www.microsoft.com/directx/
8. 30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all game purchases.

If you are not completely satisified with your purchase within 30 days, please contact our support department at support-whd@gamecentersolution.com.

Be sure to include your first and last name, the game you purchased, the date of purchase, the Order ID from your receipt and the reason for returning the game.
